In 2015, when our Founder and CEO set out to build Latitude Croydon, she envisioned the need for a landlord that operated with the highest integrity and character while delivering world-class services to its residents. As an NHS GP, her decision was deeply influenced by diagnosing patients who were repeatedly referred to the NHS due to poor housing. She embarked on making a small difference to tenants’ lives by coupling her NHS experience with being a responsible landlord. With a strategy rooted in compassion and a focus on people, Latitude Croydon continues to meet that need, guided by the mission of enriching the lives we touch by doing things the right way. Latitude Croydon has emerged as one of London's largest providers of accessible accommodation. Over the years, we have learned what matters most to people when it comes to a place to call home. In addition to Latitude, we manage over 200 units ranging from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom family homes. These homes are mainly located in South London, Surrey and Sussex.

We rarely advertise, as there is always steady demand for units under our management.
